A joyful winter gathering that brought together families from across Barrie and Simcoe County to celebrate the season of light, generosity, and togetherness. Featuring cultural performances, music from diverse traditions, and a feast of foods from around the world — an evening of pure community spirit.

Clean and Green Barrie
A hands-on community clean-up initiative that united volunteers of all ages and backgrounds to care for Barrie’s parks, waterfront, and public spaces. Rooted in the shared environmental values of all faith traditions, this event was a beautiful demonstration of our community’s commitment to the land we call home.

Visit to Synagogue
A deeply meaningful interfaith experience bringing SEED community members to a local synagogue for an educational and spiritual visit. Guided by gracious Jewish hosts, participants gained insight into Jewish prayer, traditions, and history — strengthening bonds of understanding and friendship across faith communities.
Webinar on Interfaith Dialogue
An engaging online educational event bringing together scholars, faith leaders, and community members from across Canada to explore the role of interfaith dialogue in building peaceful, inclusive communities. Speakers from Christian, Muslim, Jewish, and other faith traditions shared insights on finding common ground and fostering mutual respect.
